★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a well ventilated space with a beautiful view of planes landing every few minutes at one's eye level. The greenery and birds add to it. The washroom flush wasn't working but I am sure they will look into it. They have a cosy pantry area. It's well lit and kept.

It has nice amenities like 24 hours clean drinking water, fans, air conditioning, curtains and a large mirror, washroom and easy access to chai, flowers, snacks, meals, stationery and everything you may need while rehearsing or hosting a small performance/ show or a function.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This studio surprised me and made me want to stay. I attended a book launch and a dance performance here, and the space was perfect for these events. Good lighting, water supply, washroom, air conditioning, all the basics are in place and running. Vile Parle's MG Road bustles two floors below the studio, lending added convenience to it. Definitely recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The moment you step into the studio, you feel a blanket of calmness. And two powerful ACs make your feel at home. What's more, the huge wall to wall mirror adds elegance and class.
I have hosted many events with leading psychiatrists and mental health experts at Piroja. Every time, its compassionate owner Kunal has gone beyond his call to make arrangements - tea, refreshments & smooth access to the studio.
Also I have enjoyed a few dance performances and skits as a guest and the experience has been a delight : the studio turns into a stage with smart and playful lighting.
If you are looking for a professional setup and personal feel, look no further.
