★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pitreshwar hanuman dham is situated on hill called Pitra parvat means ancestors mountain.It is located near gandhinagar indore on hatod road. It is about 5 kms from Indore Airport. The parking entrance is not paved the vehicles got skid over there. There are two routes to reach the statue one is by stairs and one is by road on slope. There is an open ground surrounding the statue where people can sit on grass and take glimpse of lord hanuman. There is also hanuman temple and a big hall beneath the statue where katha and pravachan took place.
The hanuman statue is 66 feet high and Asia's tallest metal statue of seated hanuman. 12 years ago..The hill was a barren land..Then plants were planted year by year through the people of city and government in the love and respect of there ancestors...Hence then it is called pitra parvat. The paint of the statue was specially imported from france and can withstand in all weather conditions. The site is being developing as tourist spot.

Chat shops are there for snacking, even few games for kids give the feeling of fair…
Ample parking place is available for four wheelers, four wheelers can go at top right in front of temple for senior citizens.
Overall good feeling….
