★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our wedding was on Nov 2020, We are still WAITING for our wedding album. Unprofessional and bad attitude towards customers, inspite of full upfront payment (that too a hefty sum).
To start off the misery, they changed the YouTube streaming link hours before marriage., which eventually resulted in most of our folks not being able to tune in. For most part of our wedding, we jus kept having messages and calls from our distant folks, who were eager to watch the wedding, but had a broken link.
The whole photo shoot was a chaotic experience with trial and error of taking photos, without any proper planning. My wife couldn't even change into one of the attires which she had planned specifically for the photoshoot on the wedding day.
Photography and video of a wedding is supposed to be a pleasant experience, but in our case, especially my wife regrets her decision to have chosen pixel panda.
And someday if by some miracle if we do get the album, I am pretty sure, neither will have any fond memories of this entire experience of photography and video of our wedding.
