★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service but poorly maintained, went janaj puri outlet in the night ..ordered food however after sitting realized that there were mosquitoes...tried seeking for help but no satisfied answers.... changed my seat thrice..???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor experience. I had to ask 3 times for one glass of water. Customer service is very poor. I went for dine in and the cashier made bill of every single pizza different so that any discounts which are applicable cannot be used. I had high hopes from pizza hut but this is utter disgrace. I want pizza hut to look into the matter. To prepare a single pizza they took half an hour 2hem the whole restaurant was empty. The air conditioning was also not functional. Overall a very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Pizza Hut in District Centre is a pretty old restaurant but has managed to stand the test of time. It has by far the best internal decor of all the Pizza Huts we have visited in West Delhi. The food is excellent, which was a very pleasant surprise, since we have been disappointed by it's flavors for so long now. We tried the Veggie Feast and Margherita, which were amazing. The garlic bread Spicy Supreme was a slight disappointment. The service was a little slow. Overall, a pleasant experience. . PS: They have exciting new mocktails for you to try out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza Hut is really awesome to have some special pizza for your cravings. Anytime you feel hungry you can go through the exciting menu of pizza hut and can order something best for your taste. Lately I had a farm pizza which was quite interesting by looks and tasty by taste. You should try once being here with your friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute idiots manage the call centre now a days.. you order something and you get some other stuff.. that too after these new age idiots take 17 minutes to take order.. just now i asked for a medium sized pizza and i was put on hold thrice and boy again came back and reconfirmed the size... what's the fun of hiring low pay employees and saving cost and on other side losing customers... i hope some one seriously understands this.. and does something

Entrance - 4/5 ( Entrance to Pizza Hut is easy and simple )

Menu - 4/5 ( Menu is wide and Pizza Hut is continuously trying to improve the menu )
Pizza quality - 4/5
Quantity - 5/5
Serving time - 1/5 ( It took them forever to serve the pizza and the cheese stick or bread )
Malt brew - 1/5 ( It was tasteless worthless appy fizz with no sugar )
Sitting - 1/5 ( The floor was extremely dirty! )
- Cleanliness is must.
- Cheese bread lacked flavor and cheese! Malt brew was disgusting.
- Pizza was not very flavorful but at the same time nothing disappointing.
Value for money - 2/5 ( It’s expensive that chicken triple feast pizza medium is almost 800inr which is quite surprising for a fast food chain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to have pizzas in district centre. Love their menu variety. Great taste. Service is little slow. Chicken pizzas are love. The best part they have special arrangements for birthday parties. Good comfy sitting area.
Loved the meatball pizza , thin crust pizzas are great. You can try other appetizers as well. Hygiene is well taken care of

The amount of drinks they offer with a meal is fabulous. I would say the garlic breads were pretty normal'and basic and they should work on that! But the pizza was so heavy and amazing it was a 5 star experience there! Good dining and experience
