★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Billing counters needs effective improvements, such as the counter queue pillars/ropes. More importantly number of counters should be functional (only single was in operation whereas there should be atleast 3). Moreover, staff should be more attentional towards demands of customers as nobody was listening to the requirements of consumers like water demand and some add on requests. To conclude, this place is located at one of the best location of city periphery whereas, above explained issues are required to be sorted out.
