with order Reference Number - 19606544 which is placed on 08:13 pm IST , But after waiting for more than 09:15 PM the order is not delivered and I Personally Visited That Particular Store looking for My order and the manager or don't know his designation Mr Rakesh Have no Idea about My order after that he checked and simply reply that we are waiting for delivery person so sorry for delay simply make me wait for another 15 minute as my Choco volcano cake is not ready so he simply packed and given not even baked properly, after all this There is no Reply or single apology from Pizza hut Valsad and there employee, now I want my full Refund as my Pizza is so cold at time of eating and volcano cake is not Baked, After Writing this In there Official Email ID Such a buffalo skin people they are zero reply and responsibility from pizza hut Valsad and Pizza hut India

Very Unhygienic and unprofessional way to deliver.
We have Ordered from #zomato and #Pizzahut do not bother to seal box n pack in as per food delivery std. In COVID situation (look like this is not by mistake it's their practice) This is how you turnoff someone's evening by serving food with lowest hygienic way.
PLZ THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS OUTLET

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pizza hut resturant which is placed in sai Leela mall in Abrama, Valsad. In pizza hut there is a wide range of veg pizza's and non veg pizza's. There is also side dishes other than pizza which is momos, choco lava cake, pasta and many more related to pizza. The pizza hut is little bit expensive but it is worth it. On the weekends the place is full so it might get late in the serving. Overall I had a nice experience and the staff is also polite. My favourite dish is chicken momos which is filled with cheese on the top and also I like spicy chicken wings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered A meal for 4 people and trust me couldn’t finish the meal. The meal has 2 medium size pizzas and 2 types of garlic breads ( one cheese and other normal) and 4 drinks. The taste of pizza could be better as it tastes more of bread and less of veggies and the cheese. Quick food and good service. Genuine and friendly staff, accomodate with change and are helpful. Decent dining space and small tables for 4-5 people. Cheers
