I came here for supper with my family & friends and the service person was extremely friendly and had the patience to deal with our indecisiveness. It was very quick and simple to order and the pizza we got was nice and fresh and tasted heavenly after a long day of work.
Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience till date. Have been at pizza hut since last 8-10 years but this place at Vasai literally disappointed me. Taken my family for a dine out in 26.04.22 but ambience is so dull. In such hot summer no ACs were working and inspite of several complaints staff did not even bothered to check. Water was not available for half the time.
Would not recommend to anyone at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing very special about thier flavours maybe I'm more biased to Domino s flavours after all for me pizza means Domino :) this is our only store at Vasai ...place is neat n clean enough parking space is also available infront..there is usually no wait at this place..staff is co-operative and you won't mind spending time here ...
Yesterday i visited the place after 2 years...they seem to have added a lot of new stuff !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well i would definately prefer dominos or even rolls on coals in comparison of pizza hut i have visited pizza hut serval time town side but this vasai west pizza hut is pathetic
Reasons- customer attended wasnt polite 1st of all he was not ready to take any order after several mins he says sorry sir we cant serve as we have lots of order on Q
(Well thts not my business although)
The ambeince is so dull that you might feel you have enter smoking zone area
Zomato and swiggy people are sitting on table and having a good time(laughing and shouting) while their are for picking up the order
Last but not the least dine table werent clean at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried tandoori onion In veg & a meal for 2 in non veg in which 1 med chicken sausage & 1 med meatball pizza , 1 regular breadstick, 1 cheese breadstick, 2 pet bottles of pepsi. I liked the pizzas Although the breasticks were chewy almost similar to pizzas. In Dubai , pizza hut , the breadsticks are of little bit crunchy type which I liked personally. Anyways I tried breadsticks here in mumbai for the 1st time from PH. , Are they chewy always ?
