β β β β β Ordered two pizza,potato crunchers, coke few other things. Food is delicious and well prepared. Although service was a bit low. Had to wait quite a lot for our order. If you takeaway then you might get it faster rather than dining there. Pizza was great. Two Stars less for delay in service, even after calling and asking attenders, no response attitude was shown.

β β β β β So we had Garlic bread and spicy chicken pizza..
Garlic brad was amazing..soft,.cheesy..as expected
Spicy chicken pizza-- Amazing taste..chicken was fully baked.. alot of cheese..pizza base was normal.
But overall I find it nice.

β β β β β Worst pizzahut after shifting to new shop. I ordered meal for 2 for 499rs which was waste of time and money as well. Whole staff changed and they don't know how to cook. There is no tandoori sauce in my tandoori paneer pizza, When I asked the waiter he acted like he's not getting any thing like he don't know how to cook tandoori pizza. There was no beverages available. Garlic bread was soft undercooked and cold. They took approximately 40-45mins still they can't make the right pizza. Dbmall Pizza Hut is worst in taste and service as well. Don't waste your time and money there.

β β β β β Worst and slowest service i have ever received in any Pizza hut and trust me i have been to plenty. The staff and store manager looks extremely unprofessional. They took 30minutes to place order for 2 customers at the counter and 45minutes to bring out 1 pasta and 1 pizza.
My first visit ever from Australia with parents to this place was a disaster.

β β β β β The food is good but the staff takes too much time to take orders even on a non busy day.
Edit: They called me back and discussed about the problem and solutions. They were really polite and understanding about it. The food was great as well, so one should definitely give them a try especially their garlic bread sticks with dip.

β β β β β Very nice place spacious dining area with elegant interior design all the precautions were taken while taking order as well as serving dishes we took cheese garlic bread and spicy paneer onion pizza both were really good but paneer could have been more but overall quite good food.... It was a good experience if you are in db mall or nearby it...you should go and try pizza hut's food. And you can parcel your food too.
