★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received my pizza after 1.5 hrs of ordering. The pizza was crushed as the delivery boy met with an accident. I called pizza plus informing them about the situation and asking to update my bill accordingly. Now I am waiting for Sachin(owner's) call. When I called him his phone was on flight mode. Then moments later I got a call from the delivery boy asking me to Paytm the money, I narrated him the whole situation. Then after 5 mins sachin calls me saying apne paisey Paytm nhi kie to which I said we had a conversation and you had to update the bill or replace the pizza. Very rudely Sachin then threatened me to not order pizza from pizza plus again. After all this I received two calls from the delivery boy AGAIN saying apne paisey Paytm nhi kie, maybe sachin was bullying the delivery guy. Attaching a photo here for reference, the same was sent to Sachin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pizzas are good but the service is very bad. On a free day with no crowd, took them 25 minutes to give one pizza. On a rush day, me and my friend stayed for 1 hour and they still couldn't deliver even two pizzas. Makes them tough to recommend.

Earlier i used to order the Pizzas from Dominoes but I ordered once from here and guess what i got comparable taste and quality and quantity as well. It is just awesome to hvae it near me. Its not expensive at all and very tasty as well. Do try Spicy veggie and Country special.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some people shared with me that his pizza is not good but my experience was good with staff and services. Also I liked the pizza as well may be i don't know the real taste of pizza ?. But for me it was good and I liked it. You can order for home delivery or you can collect from here and the best part is there is space where you can sit along with your family and can enjoy pizza over there which I did so.
If you talk about ambience, for me not too bad infact it's good. AC was also there, it might be working but I visited when it was really not required.
Overall was good experience and you can so try it if you are staying nearby in Vasundhara.
