In the true Tennysonian spirit, Smt. Nischint Kaur, the founder Principal, started 
the present school on February02, 1979 with the asset of only five students and two desks, to cater to the needs of the surrounding areas, irrespective of their caste, colour and creed. At present the school has the capacity to meet the academic and Co-curricular necessities of more than six hundred students.
This temple of learning, with its grand, spacious, airy and pollution free building is situated on Banna Road, New Grains Market, and Sirhind Road, Patiala. The school is Affiliated to Punjab school Education Board, Mohali. The school teaches classes from the Pre-Nursery to 10th. Admission age of child is 3 years and plus. The admission to the other classes is allowed strictly on Merit basis by requisite aptitude test. Student – Teacher ratio in the school is 30:1.
