Better strenght level. Also feel not only physical health but also good mental health too..love it these positivity???

Exercises r very different n very effective. Thank u soooooo much guys 2 make me very strong n improve my strength. Always recommend Pk fitness studio.

After joining P.K fitness, I started learning about how to stay in shape and fit & healthy with the help of Pankaj sir.
He helped me from keeping daily goals about my workout to Keeping clear mindset about my diet throughout my time in P.K. Fitness.

Since the first day of joining , I m learning something new to keep my self physically as well as mentally healthy .
They are giving their best guidance to us now it's depends on us how much we are getting to improve our self.
It's really nice place for workout where you shaped with different kind of workout. Each day work out is different.
Words are not enough for appreciation, just join to feel it.

The trainer is very supportive nd understanding. Under the guidance of pankaj sir I loose 8kg weight in just 3 months.
By loosing weight I have seen many differences from my body nd boost my confidence...
I get my perfect body posture,relief from back nd feet pain due to heavy weight..
The best part of this fitness studio is that the sir wants perfect nd clean posses in each of exercise nd he can't let you back if you are not perfect.it seems like a personal training

Sir and mam really motivated me to leave bad habits and increase in good habits, confidence, strength, stamina. I had my 1st time experience in aerobics, step aerobics, weight training, strength training, circuit training and hiit workout and many more. My sir always motivates us by saying that age is just a number.
