★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to share few facts about this company . Read them and decide yourself whether to join it or not: 1. Managers use abusive language. 2. no respect of employees. 3. Don't provide salary slips to any employee at the time of leaving. ( they will block the reliving letter even for any small mistake depends on there mood). 4. six days working. 5 only 1 sat and a cl could be taken and for that you have to beg before 7 days and wait for approval. 6 Sometimes they expect you to work from home on nights and Sundays (without any extra leave ) 7 You can't use your cell phone. 8 No Salary hike 9 No growth and learning 10 Working on old technologies. 11 No healthy meetings and discussions ( only orders ) 12 One/two man army 13 Lots of buttering required for managers. 14 They kept your 12th slandered mark sheet after join for 1 month. 15 one year bond is mandatory for all .
