Whole staff was very helpful and professional in every aspect. They didn't charge any fees for my application and helped at every step throughout my application process. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My counsellor was Rakhi singh and I can’t express how thankful I am to her. She made all the process so easy and hassle free for me . She was literally available on call whenever I needed her. At one point I thought she will ask me to get my counsellor changed because I use to bother her so much and irritate her but she was always patient and understanding with me. She made sure all my process gets completed within the deadlines and I faced no issues. I am super impressed with her work and planet education who helped me from the starting (from application to booking my flights ticket), i was dependent on them for all the process and it was so easy because they are very trustworthy people and they made my process super easy for me . Planet education also helped in in preparation of my interview’s, they took my mock interviews so that i gain confidence and understand the process thoroughly. I have already booked her for all my other family members who will be planning in near future. I highly recommend you all to seek help from plannet education incase you are planning for overseas studies.

From selecting a course, sending in an application to visa applications my agent Rakhi was always there. I had troubled her with multiple calls a day, asking small small things and she always answered them and helped me understand each and everything.
The whole staff is really helpful and cordial. They made my experience of applying abroad so easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're looking for an educational counselor who is highly detail oriented and mindful of all your deadlines, planet education is the place for you.
My counselor was Rakhi Singh and trust me she was always there to guide me and solve all my problems. I'm not exaggerating when I say that I had to change my counselor thrice due to unsatisfactory work ethics and responses. I first went to IDP then the TC group and honestly my experience with them wasn't great. They'll do the bare minimum and wouldn't respond at all. However, I found out about planet education from someone and wanted to switch my counselor. I was sceptical about the the switch from IDP and TC group to planet education but honestly it was really smooth, all thanks to the well capable team at planet education.
They made an entire excel sheet including all the information about my course and the universities that are offering it. They tailor made it according to my budget and other requirements. All my GTE paperwork was handled by them and they also gave me tips for the GTE interview (something that previous companies never did). They also helped me with scholarship applications and SOPs, Visa and accommodation.
I'm extremely thankful for all their help, going to Australia for further studies would have been a rocky road without them.
