Although you can't expect a refund!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic place. Bought a remote controlled helicopter which was already over priced. The helicopter did not work as described in the manual that was included. When I took it back to the store the person at the billing counter said, you should have asked if it works when buying it. Now its sold, it does not have all the features mentioned due to a government ban.
He should have mentioned that all the features that are mentioned on the cover and manual are not available but I guess thats their modus operandi.
They refused to refund or exchange it. Blatantly refused, we cant do anything, we don't exchange, we dont refund. He seemed happy that he had managed to palm one off.
Over all - Bad shopping experience.
Integrity - None at all - These guys are cheats.
