★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3rd class service,i give call on planet health i request them pls can you provide me napkin it's very urgent.Because I'm in office and can't able to come there in office hours.but they cancel my order and told me that we don't have permission for home delivery below 300 RS.& Also staff said me that madam bhale apka membership hai yha but apne hamarey branch sey kuch nhi liya hai apjo branch sey letey ho wha call karo hum whatk petrol kharchke nhi asktey hai.i request them but they refused to take my order. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is poor.60 - 70 % medicines won't be available. They will note your number but will never call you back. Even the medicines are sold at almost MRP. Suggestion to buy from other pharmacy shopes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been into the pharmacy several times and the service is usually slow, but not rude. Today I need a delivery, and I tried calling. There was no answer. I dialed again. No answer. Three times I dialed. The call only rings four times before going dead. Finally it answered after one ring, and immediately they hung up on me. When I called back it was busy. When I called back the third time it rang again - and they immediately disconnected the call again.
I have a broken rib, and need some pain medications delivered. It won't be from Planet Health. Absolutely ignorant behaviour by supposedly educated people. They may know pharmacy, but they don't know common courtesy.
