When I called him to ask why its not working politely, he started abusing and blocked my number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service, I have given my laptop for OS install, but my Drive data also get formatted and get lost. I told him for MS office 10 package, but they installed MS office 16 package. The package requires key after 20 days, again I took my laptop to get it active. When my work suffers due to MS office 16 package (as office 10 data won't be open in office 16), then I told him to Install office 10. But they were unable to do by giving useless reasons and behaving very rude at last. Finally I get installed Office10 within 15 minutes from the other store by giving some extra money. So, I want to message you that there are many laptop service center nearby with the same rate, choose them to avail better service.

Shop can be found in commercial building in vishrantwadi, reasonable rates, engineer suggest various workaround if you are facing issues in your laptop. I have replaced my laptop keyboard in affordable price and looking at the boot time which is almost 5-7 min engineer suggest me to add SSD to boot like a new superfast laptop and replaced my DVD drive with my old harddisk (had bad sectors) now my laptop boot up in 10 sec. Friendly and helping staff. Always telling the customer to call if face any issues after service which is good gesture.

I am writing this review after 10 months of repairing my laptop. I had a fabulous experience. I took 10 month 2 write because I was monitoring my computers performance. My laptop spare parts are not available anywhere in Pune and these people repaired my laptop in a given time frame. U can trust these people with ur laptop d they will always give u honest opinion. THEY CHARGE REASONABLE.
