★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, the shifting experience was quite pleasant. Their staff is courteous, patient and most of all, hardworking. We shifted from Delhi to Greater Noida, and though their rates are a little on the higher side, it's worth it. There were some minor dent/scratches/cracks on some items, but that's part and parcel of the process. Overall, highly recommended for their timely completion of the task and dedication towards their job. Keep it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EDIT: the owner will probably post on this asking for an invoice number and calling the review fake (as per their previous replies to other bad reviews). We don't have an invoice number because he didn't give us one. This is not the way to go about bad feedback. Take it on the chin and improve.
The experience was a hassle and not what was expected of professional movers and packers. They forgot bubble wrap when they came even though we told them on a prior call that we have glass/ceramic/other fragile items. They did not know how to pack and carry a front load washing machine. Our office chairs were taken without bubble wrapping. They didn't know what is and is not fragile as we had to give them all instructions - for instance they just put in the microwave plate with the microwave until we noticed and told them it was fragile and can't be taken like that. Movers and packers should know this. We put in all our clothes and items on our own into suitcases/cartons and they did not help categorise or put them in. They only really helped with books and steel kitchen items (some of which they just left behind without noticing). Ultimately we had to carry a whole leftover set of items ourselves in our car in 2 trips because the tempo was too small and they did not notice the items we had asked them to take. Giving 2 stars only for the sincerity of the moving staff who came. They are good people and they carried the items well to and from the tempo. They also managed to source the bubble wrap eventually and wrapped our glass/ceramic items only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap is the price as well as the work. If not look after strictly what the labourer were doing my precious items would have been fully damaged. Labourers are always trying to take up short cut way, they don't care about the value of the items. What they think is only money. At last they asked some fixed amount of money much more than what we expect to pay some tips apart from the decided amount with the manager. Manager is very polite and reliable but the labourers are very very law standard. My suggestion is to brief the labourers by the manager nicely.
