★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad Management, would never ever recommend it to anyone, especially the two person ms. akansha and gaurav are such horrible people who make fake promises of good management and in actual they do nothing. In our family wedding the light was gone more than twice for 10-15mins and their was no one to listen, food was also pathetic. no servants to serve to guests. just skip this banquet forever.

Attended my best friend’s marriage there in april 2022.
Got to know that they made lots of promises while booking the venue, but eventually did not fulfill even a single promise correctly.
Lights remained off until baraat entered.
They were still decorating the venue when guests started arriving at the venue.
They gave 3 complimentary rooms for bride and groom, but the rooms were dirty, Ac were not working, washrooms were stinking.
To my surprise, for the first time in my life i found the stage set up for the couple broken.
I stepped on the stage and i was about to fall as the stage was broken and my feet went inside the matt on the stage.
We contacted manager for the same, he was least bothered about the mismanagement that his team had done.
The owner of the venue does not answer your calls.
We had already told them to prepare Mandap for the fera ceremony on the next morning as per the shubh muhurat.
But again mismanagement and 2 of my friend’s helped his team to decorate the mandap even when the guests have already arrived to attend the ceremony.
AC inside the hall was not working.
If your want to spoil your best moments of life, then book this venue.
Worst venue, worst services, worst food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic place for wedding or any function as a matter of fact! The owner Sanjeev Gupta to his management Saurabh Malviya are the worst people. Dont trust them with your money. Venues are expensive and you expect good food and good decoration plus good service but from planet s, don’t expect any! They would give a too good to be true offer only to Ditch you at the day of your function. They did the same to us in our sister’s wedding in April 2022. Did not turn on the lights of the venue till the baraat entered. After Lots of fights and arguments food was served, lights were turned on (aparently they have diesel is too expensive reason to not turn on the generator) the venue was as is, no decoration was done as promised! It was a terrible mistake to book this venue! It was highly humiliating for both the families. A very disturbing experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to have totally devastated and traumatize experience for you, your family and friends go for it they will not disappoint you.
This Property will leave no stone unturned to spoil your D'day. You will be embarrassed to see the service from decoration to not turning on lights/AC and serving food till the baraat reach the gate.
Poor management from owner to manager nobody gives a damm least bothered about everything. They do not even provide you what they claimed and which will leave you, your friends and family in chaos all the time and they will charge you a bomb.

I’d never recommend this venue to anyone for any of the functions. you pay them your hard earned money and you’ll not get any value for money. Our experience was pathetic when we attended our best friend’s wedding in April 2022. The staff had not turned the lights on until the baraat’s arrival and they even denied food to the guests because of their mismanagement. The payment was made in advance and yet they managed to screw things up. The rooms given to the bride and the groom’s family were dirty and no arrangements were made. When raised the issue with the venue’s manager, they didn’t help too. You can imagine the embarrassment the family must have gone through despite Making the payments. A Big NO to this venue as they will screw up your functions and will not even take any accountability for the same.
