★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a type C wire last year and was told it's in warranty of 1 year and I got it replaced 6-7 times in past 10 months, such a pathetic quality of wire it is and today I was refused to get it replaced because it was working in someone else phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No warranty or guarantee , nobody will tell you this. Buy at your own risk. Worst experience. I had to visit thrice for a simple S10 plus tempered glass which did not last even 2 days. Had to throw in garbage and buy from other store. Overpriced products like Ipad Air cover and rest everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is rude and arrogant. The attitude is pathetic. Completely inflexible. Accepts no returns or even exchanges even for an unused product. There is NO HUMAN connection with the owner. A killer robot will have more empathy than these guys. The products he keeps are original though and the price is okayish, a bit higher than necessary. Always eager to compare with Online prices which are high indeed but then he does not know how to build a loyal customer base. Maybe because this shop is just a placeholder and his real business is illegal importing of illegal things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best shops to buy phone accessories and other electronic devices, they have 2-3 shops, please visit the one which is huge, white and newly built, and ask for the brothers who own the shops, they'll cater you good. Purchased a phone cover and got tempered installed, planning to buy Sony headphones and speaker from them too.
