★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered ceramic pots from pots n plants a few days ago. But one of the products was damage. When I texted to return, they asked me to email. I emailed. But they did not reply. It has been 6 days. Once the product is sold, the responsibility is over. Please be careful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you look at the YouTube video, you will be tempted to buy the pots from this place. When you visit, your dreams and hopes would be shattered. The collection is nice but, not as much as shown in video. Many of the items are tacky and overpriced. The biggest let down was that in the video, the owner person talks about retail scheme wherein they will provide 150 pots but, they changed the statement during visit stating it has changed and the wholesale stands at 300 pieces. They also play around by creating the necessity game. All in all, I did buy pieces but, at retail price due to lack of stock variety. Won't visit this store again. They do not take cards. Only cash/wallet payment. Also, after inspecting post I bought the pieces, few of them were cracked
