Plantae Paradise is a small nursery, which was nestled in the foot hills of Himalayas at village Datyar, in Himachal Pradesh, India. Our journey began on 01 Jan 2010 into the world of cactus and succulents. We have now shifted from the hills to plains. (Logistics, aging knees. and lack of Rays of Ra, the Sun God made us move from our nest in the hills) None the less, our new location is as picturesque and closer to wildlife.
Our nursery is a Cactus and Succulent oriented nursery. Though cacti originate from the other side of the globe, ie, The Americas, but none-the-less, we have managed to put together a little collection and a production facility with an aim to whet the appetite of C n S addicts !
One day we do hope that the Indian Cactophile community becomes a rich gene pool of various cultivars, hybrids and native species by mutual effort of growers, sellers, buyers , collectors and breeders and be on the world map one day as a major hub of this Horticulture practice/ hobby.

Plantae Paradise is managed by :-
A team of 14 wonderful staff who are experts at growing “Happy Plants”. Everything is fabricated, improvised and managed inhouse. There are no boundaries, everything is managed by anyone who is at hand.
But the buck stops at Lt Col Maneet Singh Dawra (Retd). A retired Gunner who thought it would be easy to convert from ‘Arms to Farms’. When not playing with all kinds of pets and animals, he just watches the plants grow. Well some consider it work and some consider it as enjoyment!!
And if you are not happy with anything , you can aim all your missiles at him.
There are other pillars propping up Plantae Paradise, but they wish to remain in the background, with Maneet as the first line of defence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great packing, Excellent collections of Cactii, in fact many that are not available elsewhere. The prices are reasonable, if it compares with other online shops. And of course to add to that, there had been a few complimentary free plants. Highly recomemnded, for one reason, the plants dispatched are true to what is on web photo and declared. So one could select by name (like me), or go by photo, and one won't be disappointed.

Also Maneet Singh Sir cared to address my concerns prior to order placing. Was sure to get healthy plants and support considering his love and commitment reflected from their website. Attached pics are of received ones and potted thereby. Was delighted to get complementary plants from them too :) Now, just hoping they would thrive on my caring :D Must be my ignorance, but some roots were crisp dry, appeared to break on gentle touch. But since I never received bare root plants, hence hopefully they would be able to adapt and get healthier. Overall glad to be their customer! Thanks Team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just received my second order of Haworthia cooperi and a Tillandsia. Such a beautiful haworthia cooperi, like little gemstones arranged in a most exquisite bouquet! And the Tillandsia (Air Plant) is nice and big. Very Happy with my purchase. My first order was two sets of Lithops - one, a set of 20 in a small pot, and the other, a set of slightly bigger, seven lithops. The packaging was thorough, there was absolutely no damage and my delicate plants are all doing very well. I am also thrilled to receive the surprise gifts from them of two lithops and a beautiful cactus! This time too, I received two succulents as gift. I have just placed yet another order. Can't wait to unbox my next set of succulents from Plantae Paradise! I am so happy to have found them. Especially for lithops, the quality and variety as well as quantity, there really is no other place!
