★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad service. I visited this center on 14.05.21 directly in ambulance from the hospital bed for MRI. I had breathing problem but was not given wheelchair even reception lady asked me to go at your own upto MRI room. On reaching at MRI room the technician talked to me very rudely refusing to do MRI without giving any reason which is best known to him. I had already paid the amount for MRI which is not yet returned even after a number of calls made to the reception.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely shabby premises. Too over crowded. Staff is non coperative as well as unprofessional. Their contact person named Mr Sugreev is arrogant and misbehaves.
Even after getting appointment for CTCA for 9.30 am, the technician didn't come till 11.30 am. Charges are exorbitant. The report was not delivered the same day as doctor didn't come. Made three rounds to collect the report. Staff assured to call me back when report is ready but never called. Go to some other imaging centre like Mahajan imaging.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MRI images not clear, IBHAS doctors clearly refused platinum. I tried many times to contact the owner Dr suchit but he is busy in making money only, no hearing for patients. Totally waste of money. They are just Playing with the life of patients. Never recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst place that i have ever visited in my life till now. Today i went there to get MRI of my mother. At the time of biling i was told that there are 3-4 patients ahead of of me so i will have to wait for around 1-1.5 hour. I was ok with it but even after 2 hours when my number was not called, i asked the reason, i was told rudely that i will have to wait for 2 more hours as there are 6-7 patients before me. It was disgusting to say the least. They reacted as if it is completely normal. The staff at the centre specially at reception are rude, ignorant, least responsive and unattentive, they don't even know how to behave. After complaining and fighting and shouting, mother's MRI was finally done after waiting for 5 hours. There was no queue, number following they were allowing people as per their wish. They were making the panel (CGHS, dghs, Etc.) patient suffer as if they have committed a crime.
It's a nightmare for CGHS referred patients. Dont even think of going there. Delhi has so many better centres.
