Very unhygienic lab. They don't wear gloves or mask. Basic hygiene guidelines are not followed here.
No online facility for report collection.
Go to some other reputed lab. I doubt how this is still operational. Doctors should also check labs before recommending it to patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst lab ever. False claim of COVID-RTPCR on their website. They will agree for home collection readily and promise your report within 72hrs but then will make you call a million times for your reports. An after a week or so will tell you that sorry the reports of all the samples of that day couldnt be done.
No one picks your call once they know your number.
Worst experience ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible services....not an authorised RT PCR testing lab from ICMR (which they don't mention).
On 20.04.2021 we were suggested by our doctor of this lab and gave their number for RT PCR test as we have to go out of Delhi.
On that day samples were collected by their representative form our house very late in the evening (when I personally visited them).
We were not provided any report as well as any response for their side i.e. upto 25.04.2021 after 120 hrs of sample collection.
Nobody picked up the phone and all landlines were not working. After five days of keeping us waiting they pickedp up phone and their behaviour was totally unacceptable and they simply refused to accept their mistake and spoke that "jo ukhadna hai ukhad lo" .
If they are not in position to provide these services in time why they are collecting the samples.
