★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Platinum gym and spa is the best gym in the NIT, Faridabad but the fees structure is something which annoys me a lot.The monthly membership fees which they told me is about Rs.4000 which is very expansive as compared to the other local gyms and even olympia gym at Greater kailash, New Delhi. However the fees structure is also differs from person to person as the known person gets more benefits from that. Apart from this the ventilation of the gym is disgusting because whatever is cooked in the kitchen the smoke just get stuck all over the gym and its hard to breathe while working out although the food is really delicious but its hard to workout in such an ambience. So it’s a humble request to stop discrimination and set a proper and affordable fees structure for everyone and also make sure the chimney’s are properly working.

Crowd quality is low now, seem guys visit this place now a days to check out gals
Gym trainers in evening are not that great
Treadmill and steam not working from last few days
Mats are so dirty, can see foot imprints
Instruments are very dirty, no one bothers to clean
When I complaint this at reception, staff member said they will get gym cleaned but nothing has been happened in last 10 days.
I believe Gym owner - Hemant should get involved and see how gym has been taken care.
If these basic facilities are not been met in a gym, in that case I feel there is no point paying more than other gyms here.

For now, I am okay with the trainers and other staff.
The only thing bothers me in this Covid 19 situation, cleaner should spray sanitizer/use cleaning spray after every use. This is not happening currently. This way we can try to keep ourselves and others safe.
I used one machine and when I left, other person used without sanitizing. I have noticed in Delhi/Gurgaon, these things are taken seriously.
When I asked the cleaner to do it, he looked at my face and went away and started cleaning mirrors :D which was funny
Also while entering gym, temperature should be measured like other reputed gyms in Delhi and Gurgaon
