★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been duped put of my money and sanity, but I don't others to fall for the same trap. Please don't get fooled by the courtesy, mannerism and tall promises they make. Platinum Security Systems simply don't deliver.
I'd ordered an anti intruder system and paid the advance money 2 months back but I'm still awaiting it's installation. Calling them is useless because they won't pick up. At times when I call from a new number and they do pick up, they come up with weird excuses like the sensors are out of stock or that the installation process will complete within 1 - 2 days.
I've exhausted all the options and am considering going to the consumer forum.
