★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had pipurchas a Yamaha 25 last year in October from a dealer in South Mumbai. The silencer colour had burnt away even though I have clicked only around 5000kms. So the guy from whom I purchased wasn't too enthusiastic about repairs. I called the Yamaha toll free number & got in touch with Mr. Randhir .
Mr. Randhir heard My problem & directed Me to Mr. Mate of Platinum Yamaha Andheri E. Mr. Mate thoroughly inspected My vehicle & did all the necessary job that was required in warranty period & I wasn't charged for the repainting of the silencer & the other minor retouching & adjustments to the bike.
Extremely happy with services of Platinum Yamaha especially Mr. Randhir & Mr. Mate . Thanks a ton for all your help.
