★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to plats for my birthday. Taste and ambience were great but service was extremely poor.
When I ordered desert, I told the waiter to pack the deserts as we were full. But he served deserts to us despite our instruction.
And also, when we left the restaurant, no one came to see off or say thank you to us.
I've been to many high end restaurants like plats but this was really first time such experience...
I really loved their food but service was disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flavourful dining experience at Plats. Perfect and pretty starters. Juicy burgers. And a complimentary tiramisu cake which was TDF. Pleasant staff who are there when you need them but politely leave you alone to enjoy your food. Great spot when you fancy some quality western food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down one of the best restaurants I have been to in NCR. It was so good that I wanted to go back there the next day. Everything tastes fresh, freshly made. The chicken liver choux pastry was seasoned just right. The prawn and calamari ala plancha was a punch of flavors in your mouth. Do not miss out on the burrata and grilled grapes salad, it will change your perspective on grapes. Highly recommend. Met the chef and she was very nice - request her to do more seafood dishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really happy to see all these nice restaurants coming up in Malviya Nagar / Shivalik area. Make sure to go there with an empty stomach so that you can eat more and a lot from the menu ?
Better to reserve a table at the weekends or just make a call before going in there.
