★ ★ ★ ★ ★ highly irresponsible and unprofessional cab service. had faced issues twice. first day i booked a cab and fixed my required pick up time nd a just a day before instead of calling me, mr Girish,who runs this agency, dropped me a message that too at midnight- stating some cab issue and new cab will come at 8:30am. 3 hours late. some how i read tht message in time and called him immediately to get aa solutio. this is something he shud do not the customer. today I thought or giving another chance and booked cab for local travel and as usual he assured me and fixed it. But they failed again when enquired after 3 hours post commitment as we waited for teh cab. upon xallinc him..he says driver phone nai utha raha hai. Latee wasted another hour assuring us but zero solution and we finally end up aayisa no. all these positive feedback are fake that you see are fake for sure..try them and u will suffer..if they can do this twice in 2 days..they will keep up with poor service. I believe they don't own any cabs or have good vendors. They commit without speaking to cab wala and availablity. Pls be aware. I am ceve disappointed today. I made my guest book a ola service..as mr Girish wasted 3 hours of mine...with hollow commitment. He didn't even realised to call me when he got no cabs.
