In terms of overall customer experience and building credibility they are zero
I have bought Yale door lock fitting
1 I bought by mistake
2nd when I came to know that they sold me the product worth 1850 vs other shops are giving the same thing at 1500 so they cheated me in cost
Also now those locks are of no use to me
When I asked to return it back they said they don’t hold Yale product as those are loss making for them
#yaleteam please take corrective action against this dealer as they are not worthy
