★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Requested a logo through their free logo offer a month ago. Have not heard back since their initial confirmation email saying it will take up to 10 business days. Tried contacting them and got a standard response email back saying they will contact me within 24 hours which was 4 days ago. Why offer a service and make a commitment if you aren't going to follow through?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started working with PM Logos during their free logo promotion. It did take a couple of weeks for the project to get started, but it was well worth the wait. I ended up purchasing some upgrades for the logo, and the end result was great. Additionally, Pratik has been responsive, and continues to provide ideas and feedback even after completion. If you're looking for a clean, simple, trendy logo PM logos is the place to go, and nobody can beat their prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ran across a promotion for a free logo design with PM Logos via Stack Social, and in exchange for the free logo, I wanted to leave a short review of my experience. The representative that I worked with was very professional, responsive and pleasant to work with. Each time I contacted him I received a response very quickly, usually within less than an hour. The customer service was excellent and the design results were wonderful, considering I have the designers VERY little information to work with. The only issue that I had with my order was that it took me about 2 months to receive the logo, when I was originally told that the turn-around time would be 10-15 business days. I checked in about a week after the logo was expected. At that time it was still in the design queue and they told me that it should be delivered in another 3-4 days. After another month or so had gone by I checked in again and I was told that they had been having server issues that affected the automatic processing systems, resulting in the logo never being sent to me. (Apparently a continuing issue that they are working to resolve!). The rep immediately emailed me all of the logo concept proofs with five different formats to work with (JPG, PNG, SVG, AI and EPS). Honestly, I was not in a hurry to receive the logo, so the delay in processing did not bother me too much. I only gave 4 stars just because of the slight inconvenience of having to check on the status of my order more than once... and I guess because if I were the company, I would be worried that not sticking to promised delivery times would affect future business. (I understand server issues, but that was after I had already checked in once!) Overall, I am extremely appreciative of the service that they provided and happy with the results. Plus, huge kudos for giving free design promotions!

I would recommend PM Logos to the all clients who are looking for great professional designs, be it logos, banners, letterheads, cards or any item from a brand management perspective. This is the second project I've got done from them and I must say they have exceeded my expectations. Quality work, on time delivery and most importantly pure professionalism. 5/5 for this project too and I'm coming back for more.
