Not sure about chemistry?
But they lack some facilities like module on time, fixed time schedule and proper classes for batches, like they keep changing the classes but ofcourse that doesn't really matters.
Friendly and experienced teachers are always there for your doubts and queries.
so, undoubtedly better than akash or target in terms of education.?

I'm not doubting their genuity rather am pretty sure about what I am writing.
I am an eye witness for the same.
Anyways, this place is good enough if your Physics is weak, they've crazily good teachers, probably the best I've seen till date.
The chemistry department is pretty decent. Both the teachers and quite friendly and are always available to help. You might be unable to understand some topics during the lecture but you can always ask them to explain that topic to you after the class.
Botany and zoology teachers are nice too. The notes by the botany teacher are pretty amazing. But you won't get response to your queries from these teachers on whatsapp. They tend to forget replying to the questions of average pupil. The zoology teacher is very obstinate and rude though. If you don't feed his ego, you won't get satisfactory reply for your doubt.
The administration isn't very satisfying though the peons are friendly and helpful.
Unavailability of one or the other modules is always there and they don't have a satisfying justification. The administration isn't aware about the schedules they post for the classes.
The situation might have improved now but this was my experience at the institute.
Join this institute if you're a 2nd or further dropper.
Another plus point is that you can find here is that it isn't overpriced much like other institutes like AAKASH, etc.

Brief about teachers:
Physics - THE BEST!!!
Chemistry - Decent, not as good as the physics teachers. You might not be able to understand everything in class but after class, they're happy to help.
Biology - Great teachers. You won't feel the need to ask anything after class.
If you're not an exceptional student, scored around 350, you will struggle here as maximum students here are those who are dropping for 2nd or 3rd time.
Not overpriced like Aakash n all so you can try this institute if money is a constraint.
Don't rely completely on it's test series. You never know what might pop in it's question paper. Some questions are always from JEE advanced level or simply Outta syllabus.
The peons seem to be helpful but they're NOT much.
Administration is appreciable though.

The unique thing which I like in this intitute is that they focus more on basics and NCERT books. I also experienced that their mock test series is very much useful in exam preparation. Recommended for all students who are aspiring for a medical seat.
