★ ★ ★ ★ ★ one of the worst banks. They have shut my account for one year because my KYC wasn't complete. In the meantime I have done KYC 3 times before they reopened my account. Also got told by the manager that i have to apply for new debit card whereas clerk told me you have to just submit papers.
Also One of my friend needed to close the account and they stalled him for hours before they did.
