★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really despoint for home loan service..approvals easly ...but after the process .. I really disappoint from PNBHFL...bcz your online application is verry wrost poor and old ...not any other deep details ...how many installment is pending , pending and filling loan amount there not show in the app ...we can see our installation only....pending and filling amount not geven screen how get I understand..... and your costumer care always on hold hold hold my call ...no any response...I m really sad about it first you degitilaisation you IMPROVEMENT...
The last point is verry usefull mostly bank loan intrest rate bellow 7.5 % .....and here PNBHFL 8.60 . & how ? you have no in guideline under RBI ...
Frnds be carefull with your struggle....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rates linked to their own PNBHFLR which never reduces with reduction in REPO rate. Never go for housing loan from PNB housing as this is not PNB bank its a seperate entity.
Initially good and door step services while providing the loan. Aftet providing the loan, will have to visit their office every time for every single service request.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have loan under PMAY, but pnb housing manager never tried get this benefit on my loan account & now I am chasing him since may 2020 for loan documents "list of docs" For loan balance transfer to other bank, but they've kept this request under cold box and are faking everytime. I am planning to involve ombudsman now

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too much ridiculous system of PNB Housing Finance. I put my loan and the agents coming from bank side give me a very wrong commitment and took my processing fees and when I saw the sections letter I surprice because all things were different which were committed by them.
The pnb agents gives very wrong commitment and when I complain to the RM of branch he didn't took any action to agents and even told me you have to care about it and come to the branch for knowing reality.
I give one star because zero stare is not possible in google.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just hate waiting & whenever i had to wait a lot than i start writing reviews on google. Worst service. No proper staff. It closes at 2 pm which i think is too early. I have visited this branch for nearly 3 to 4 times, everytime i had a bad experience in terms of service, waiting time & overall also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bank is flexible in giving loans. Within a few months they will increase rate by 1-5-2 %. We had taken a loan of ₹88 lac. They gave rate of 9.25%. within 3-4 months they increased to 11.25%.. They also get agreement signed, with hidden clause of 3-4% pre closure charges.
Tired of Their arm twisting of charging 2 % extra, we approached other banks. Their rate was 7.3% and our monthly installment came down by 24,000.
Seeing the loan business going, they first offered 1% lower interest rate. But then seeing their past, we had no trust in them. And we were still getting interest lower by 1..25% compared to their offers.
Going against the order of Orders of RBI, they charged for closure at the rate of 3.34%. . Seeing this we filled complain against them in RBI and National housing finance (NHF), which is a governing body to tighten such unscrupulous banks.
Ne very careful. We thought they are part of PNB bank. But they are fully private with a job to loot client at will, and ruthlessly.
Go to standard banks like HDFC, Axis, ICICI or Govt bank.
With such rating of 2 stars, they would close now or then. Before that it would cheat many more innocent clients
