★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have recently taken Life term insurance plan and requested to change policy term very next day of I requested for policy. Policy was not issued and I requested for term change and a Rider removal. But it's been two months I submitted all the requested documents, still only a small changes in my policy are not been done. They don't reply even multiple times you send a mail. At last they replied me , this can not be done.
Very pathetic service by PnbMetlife, I am afraid how they will process the claims. It better to not to choose PnbMetlife of you are looking for it .
