β β β β β A good store but poor and combursive billing process and most times mistakes in weight . Latest diamond gold designs are good. However the Platinum evara collection is totally missing.just one or two design.

β β β β β Good place to do purchase gold, silver, only one thing I didn't like was one day prior I HD purchased sm silver item from this shop but they said it doesn't has the hall mark of the shop, the sales person was saying it was not their products nd refused to take it back

This is a huge store and has lot of staff which are well behaved and mannered.
Cleanliness is up to the mark.
This is much crowded on weekends.
Over all if you looking for good designer jewellery then visit here.

Making charges are charged on percentage of jewellery value.
They accept Cash,credit,debit cards and UPI.
They also have Gold testing machine that is karat meter,you can ask them to make check the purity of Gold.
Very cooperative and well mannered staff.

β β β β β Can purchase gold silver and diamonds for both men and women. Good collection. Helpful staff . Though exorbitant making charges.
They've a gold ornament repair shop onsite , that means one does not have to go far. One of the few places that doles out ΰ€ΰ€Ύΰ€ΰ€¦ΰ₯ΰ€ΰ₯ ΰ€²ΰ€ΰ€‘ .
Ambience is pleasant.
Our family has been going to Gadgil's for generation, but this is centrally located so easy parking options and easy exit are key aspects .
I've one tiny challenge though. They say the shop opens 10.30 am but that's NOT true. In Typical Indian fashion they open at 11.00
They also first promised they would give me a 100mg gold gift AND a discount only to call later and say that they could NOT - because of a software glitch.
Be very firm with the staff , don't let them prod you for more. Seems the staff gets commission. I could see agents fighting over who would work with which customer. Agents also show loss of interest if you don't buy what they want you to buy.
Despite all the cons , I would say trustworthy brand.

All other experiences are very good.
Gold and silver varieties are many more, not busy in afternoon. Newly opened shop ?
