Found very dull mood of staff.
Found much emptyness in display counters....
Always i visit png.....n always found .....there is lnch time and inability of staff to attend costomers.
Is PNG shutting down or what.....
Actually i am regular costomer of png...since many years......became very sad to visit d shop....no fresh atmosphere ---found there....
Dull faces of staff...made me bore....
But i found very much good costomer courtseys n happiness gestures in WAMAN HARI PETHE N SONS.since 1995 v r their costomers also.....

The staff is supportive and show thing's as per your need ...A lot of variety available....The sections made here help you to find exactly what you want....The office boy serves you with water,tea, coffee and is keen to serve you....A small area for kids to play also available....Over all a good experience.....

There's a childrens play area (very small) which is helpful for parents to concenterate on their shopping.
But we would have liked more variety like its other branches.
The staff is not very friendly unless you are buying big.

Cons:
1. High making charges
2. Sometimes you get ornament on order not available so takes time for delivery.
3. Always crowded.
