My honest review
There were 2 guys and both were very good in nature they were not like some sarkari karamchari who do work slowly they did everything fast.
They will do everything fast just make sure you take your original adhaar which comes in colored big white paper, If you don't have that original then infront of passport office there is a small shop go there and five your registered phone numbee he will print your original in rs 50 also ask him to make 1 black and white photocopy, do your signature on photocopy and give it to passport office and show your original adhaar + panafter verifying he will give it to you back ( give photocopy of PAN too)
The other important document is 10th marksheet
If you have lost your 10th marksheet then show your itr ( income tax acknowledgement ) paper which comes to email after filling itr. That is what I did.
If you don't file itr then check in passport official site in (document advisor) section that which documents are accepted for (NON-ECR proof).
One more thing make sure that your adhaar don't has a cross ❌ mark
