★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been sending my daughter to this Shimpoli, Borivali West centre for almost 2 yrs now. But the quality of education and the attitude of the Staff as well as the franchisee owners of this place is contonously deteriorating almost every day. Firstly, the staff is rude and arrogant & when u decide to go to the franchisee owners to complain about them, She (Mrs Girija Malik), takes her employees stand no matter how wrong they are & we as parents get to face the brunt of further disrespect and humiliation.
Just like every other parent, i wanted to have the best of education for my child, but unfortunately this money making racket that these evil people are operating, is making it impossible for parents like us to believe that there is something called "EXCELLENT EDUCATION SYSTEM".
Its very disheartening to hear that adult individuals of the staff & the respective teachers are asking for money from a 3 yr old child or asking them to send her back if the money was not given then and there. It makes even more of a humiliation for the parents when any 3rd party (Child's uncle) is asked to take responisibility for the child and pay money for the child's lost book when the child is already enrolled for Nursery and all dues have been paid of well in advance. Just hope that this Candid & honest review reaches the right ears and something is done about this "Business Racket".
