★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A decent society to live, however the neighbouring area and roads aren't great near 1km and very worst in rainy season. Also the flat owner's are dying to get a clearance certificate and occupation certificate right now due to some internal problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best society, newly built, clean environment, huge space, coming up one of the best society in Faridabad. You can get fresh air, see good view and see fog on Aravali hills from your balcony while enjoying your tea in winters. Facilities such as underground parking, community hall, 24*7 security guard, 15 shops and much more are available within society premises.

The main gate of approachable by a very poorly kept full of potholes road and is on a mixed use land surrounded by small time workshops and poorly kept residential pockets
That said once one is inside the society main gate
The society is well kept and decent with multi storey residential building having flats

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building is nice, Rooms and other facilities are also good..clean space ample parking area..all good.. but to reach here is bit frustrating..Near about infrastructure is in poor shape roads manhole all open roads broken..!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 .approach roads are filled with drainage water and in rainy season knee deep water level on the roads
2.in society slight partiality/action difference for owners and tenants.
3 frequent power cuts although generator backups .power cuts can range upto 14hours and more.
4 drainage overflows from manholes inside society .
5.cost of living increases once inside society..one unit of power charged at rs6.20 nearly claiming separate line ..when separate line is there then there shouldn't be frequent power cuts
6.building construction is good wiring is faulty nice park and society but cleanliness is not there. Stray dogs are there in this gated community..cleaning staff are working hard from morning 6am but due to less staff cleanliness is not maintained

Has a 2 lifts for each block with 14 floors.
Shops are on the entrance only, you can pretty much get all your dairy products.
There is no such specific park for childrens to play neither there are any playing equipments.
Parking is enough but basement parking is very congusted and tricky with a lot of pillars and no directions.
Society is still not Fully developed at the time of my review but will be in 4-5 months.
