★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place for study free of cost not any charge even better then chargeble library.In this library you get free newspaper, magazine, books ,wifi even free labtop to use for study purpose fully AC.. This is enough what a student want for study. Thanks shikhar organization and Delhi Police , Sir you are doing great job for student who can't afford paid library. Hope oneday i will successfull and I also contribute in this work :)
