★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the studio with my wife after the lockdown opened. Was extreamly impressed by the safety protocols and the hygiene standards. The staff is highly skilled and professional. Enjoyed our couple pedicure. Keep up the good work. A hidden gem!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Polish is lovely, they have such a relaxing environment. I love their pedicures and manicures- They pamper my hands and feet but they also relax me with the smell of the products. Super relaxing. I can literally go to sleep while getting a pedicure done.
And they do lashes also so well and so patiently. They make sure your lash extensions look perfect the way you want it. And that’s also a relaxing experience as you can get a good nap while getting your lashes done. So I’m very impressed by their services. Well done polish ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ services are not upto expectations.Its a nail salon and not a normal parlour which gives nail services .They dont have a variety of colors and options.Prices are on a very high end for the services they give.Nail extensions dsnt last more than 12 days and it took 4 hours for a simple nail art and extension to complete.Waste of time and money . Last and most important point that the girl at the front desk (sheema/sheena)really need to keep a check on her tone as she dsnt know how to talk to clients and is very offensive.It breaks my heart to see such people running so big business but dont have any people handling skills. She really need to understand to respect clients and to keep check on her temper .

As soon as I entered the place it was very calming and the receptionist was so helpful and took the time to see and suggest what services I should I get done. The service was excellent and top notch quality products were used! The technicians did a great job with my nails and I couldn’t be happier!! Everyone must go to Polish I’ll never trust anyone else with my nails again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service, patient staff. Of the two women at the reception (probably the owners) I have met - one is really polite and helpful, the other is quite blunt for no reason really.
Highly overpriced - you can get the same service at a significantly reasonable price anywhere in Galleria or even at the salons at South Point Mall. That said, they have a wide variety of colours. Their manicure and pedicure are good. Not impressed by the regular nail paint options they had, and the massage was just about average too. But a nice feel good feeling.
