You will regret yourself. There is no proper Hierarchy maintain between management.
There is no value to your work. Staff members and employees are always quarrel with themselves.
No proper working environment.
Company employees not following rules and regulations.
As I have very bad experience with this company. I left my job within 4 months only. During my serving time I found new employees are coming, and not to serve the company more than a month.
Added to this, when I left my job they are promising to me, to giving my Pending salary, still my dues/ salary are not cleared.
Polyplast director Mr. Rahul Shah not responding my e-mail too. This is not a sign of good human being and not suitable to a 50 years old Polyplast company. This is a happing with every employees.
But no one take a forward step, to fight against company.
My main motto is to break this chain.
As like me, no one should gone through this same situation. Every human being need a money for thier sustainable life. My fight is against my pending dues/ salary only.
Hope Polyplast members understand!!!
