I had my doubts before I ordered because most sites plus size cloths are too small and I'm usually disappointment, but not this time!! The shipping was also really fast only took about 9 days to get to me. Love it!! I'll be back to buy more. For Sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The outfits look lovely but the fitting is really bad even after going 2 sizes up. What’s worse is their customer service. Their website says clearly that they taken returns if there are size issues but when I placed a request they said only exchange and refund is not possible.
When I questioned why this was not mentioned on the website,they started ignoring my emails and repeated exchange only policy. I would recommend ordering from Nykaa Fashion instead of their website since they ensure quality customer service unlike the official team who don’t care at all once their sale is done

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I discovered Pomcha Jaipur on Instagram through their sponsored post. The model was wearing one of the blue suits I got and I fell in love when I initially saw it. I took a chance and ordered three outfits to start because I’m not local (I’m in Canada) and I’m not familiar with the Store. I recently got my package and I’m in LOVE with everything. Im in the process of starting my next order and can’t wait!
Their customer service is amazing. They are quick, helpful and to the point. Their website is easy to navigate although I came across some concerns being able to place my order. So I reached out via WhatsApp and they were so helpful they placed jt for me. From the day my order was dispatched I received it in 2 DAYS!!! That’s the quickest I’ve ever received an international or even a local order sometimes !
The quality, fit and feel of the suits is 10/10. They are so comfortable and what you see on their website is exactly what you get. Overall my experience with them have been amazing and I’m very pleased. I hope the team releases some new styles. I love their pieces!!
