★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is quite good and I have repaired almost 6-7 watches and the service is excellent. They have recently renovated the shop and it looks quite good. They repair all types of watches right from Mechanical, automatic and even high end watches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever will I step into this store as I had given my grandparents' antique wall clock for repair and it was never returned as we were told part is difficult to find. When i asked for the watch back, the person mentioned that he doesn't have it at the moment and kept telling us later. And one day he said the watch cannot be repaired and was giving us a cheap wall clock in return.
Lost all my trust after that and if you are planning to repair something that's expensive and antique then beware of your components as I am not sure you will get it back in its original form.

Their sale shop is located outside whereas their service center is located just few steps away inside the building. The service center is most of the times crowded with customer than the shop, sometimes you may have to wait more. Good front desk staff with expert technicians at back end, they provide solution to almost all issues related with time devices. Charges could be bit more compare to other local watch repairs but quality of service is very good and trustworthy.
Roadside parking is available but getting a place could be difficult as its located on the busy street of Thane.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My go to place for all kinds of watch repair. They have been in business for a very very long time. Reasonable and trustworthy watch repair along with warranty. They even repair those old chime watches. The wait time depends on the type of the watch and on the availability of the parts but mostly it's around an hour or so. You can wait there as well while they repair your watch. They have some sitting available just opposite the shop. Do give them a try the next time you want to get your watch repaired.
