★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service provider with usage of worst quality materials, worst after sales service, arrogant staff and owner. They always charges you though it's their faults. I have installed CNG kit from Pooja Automobile and within some months injector got leaked due to which my car might have blasted and when I went to them for repair, they told me that injector got leaked and asked me to pay 2500/- for such repair in actual which was their fault as they used low quality materials for CNG fitting because of which it get leaked in such short time after fitting. They don't have time to interact with customers. They keep the customers to wait for hours and hours and after waiting for these long hours they don't even provide a right solution to the customers and talks arrogantly with customers. They don't even deserve single star i would have given minus ratings if there was an option. And don't provide warranty card as they said warranty of 1 year. Im asking for my warranty card they are not giving me the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Knowledgeable, nice neat work, explain everything nicely beforehand.
Had gone here to fit CNG kit for 2018Toyota Yaris Vx CVT. Pooja ma'am explains each and everything in details as to which brand kit and what all parts are going to be fixed in the car. Details of costing is given beforehand so that there is no ambiguity later. Then on the date of appointment I dropped the car here. Mr. Pallav is very knowledgeable and polite. He pays attention to minutest of details. Neat fiiting. After fitting was over I experienced little knocking on engine. Mr Pallav came with me on 20km test drive with his laptop attached to OBD sensor and made some minor tweaks.... The issue was resolved then and there. Next day I went on a 800km round trip and car gave me a mileage of 25 - 33 km per kg. Will highly recommend their teams work. Wish them a lot of success.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had CNG Kit installation a month before here. But now I regret on my decision, Why I have choose this center?.
Unprofessional Behavior: If we called for any issue about car / service then tele caller will simply say will call back you in 5 min but never get back call.
No on time delivery - If you
have to install the CNG kit and you have taken appointment then also you have to drop your car 2-4 days. If we asked them to do it early then they himself giving example of other car owner, they drop there car 2 days before/ 3 days / 4 days before. This person come from 1000 KM but still he waiting. But they are not regretting on there mistake, just passing an argument rather than improving service.
Lack of Information providing with RTO Agent - While they send documents to there RTO Agent then CNG kit related information is not provided with him. Agent cant able to find number on gas kit then asked me to remove the pipe from gaskit and note down the no. Then I called to Pooja Automobile tele caller(Back office) simple say will call agent and asked him to support. But didn't get call back from tele caller. Unfortunately I have removed the pipe and notedown no and shared with Agent. If anything goes wrong then who will responsible for that?
Whatsapp Joke - While we asked about timing then owner start telling whatsapp jokes - if I die then first all the procedure will do or directly take to graveyard but he is not agreeing on the service improvement.
Conclusion - No Respect for Customer / Time & Money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. Fitted cng kit in my swift dezire. Fitting was so poor my car banged on each pit.
I visited once, they did temp packing but won't work more than week.
Once I got call from them. As I told I have problem she and ask to come she said I will tell you. She won't call again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Few month ago I had installed lovato kit from in kasarwadi but I had facing multiple problem because of not properly installed wiring of Advancer but after showing my car in Pooja automobiles they find out my problem and installed new CKP advancer and wiring in my car and they set proper calibration while testing the car now car running smooth..
Mr pallav sir is cooperative and friendly person

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I converted my Honda City CVT (Petrol) in CNG from Pooja Automobiles. Warje, Pune. Owner is a Automobile Engineer. So they've a very good knowledge in car. They're installing a best quality of CNG. Delivery schedules are as per the commitment. My car performance is very good.
I'm getting a mileage of 20 kms per Kg of CNG in city area. I'm not facing any other other issues with my car after CNG fitting. Recommending best place to install CNG.
