★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’d give less than 1 star if I could. I gave them my product to have a sample etched. They drilled holes into the product itself, so it can no longer be used. NO APOLOGY for this. In fact they had the audacity to turn around and tell me that my product was not worth it.
Terrible workmanship. Terrible communication. Overall bad experience. A very avoidable place.
