★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst business ethic ever one can come across.
Sells faulty material. And has a total wrong attitude in client servicing.
Pooja dembla needs to learn to run the show in long term. She is looking at short term and flying! Won't last long in the market for sure.
After sales is equally imp. Get some sales lessons to be successful.
And the attendant is almost dead to even service a client to be honest. Hopeless store.
After spening 50k our clotes have torn in one wear..
To your revert on 16.12:
Firstly, the bill was 22800. Secondly this is only 1 bill, kindly check your records for my other bills too. A
A customer purchasing multiple peices is not gonna wear ur product instantly right! I wore it and came to show that it's a faulty material which has torn fully and cannot be worn even on repairing.
So what fee you expect to alter a faulty peice and reuse?
Moreover, there was not a single call from your side inspecite of asking for contact details. Clearly shows poor client handling ettiquettes here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ you did not alter my dress properly and it was a request to get that corrected. Your staff was not only lathergic but also disrespectful and had no clarity or replies to give. The cost is not the concern, its also how you treat your customers. Why would you take measurements of customer and not alter the dress correctly? Rather give without alteration. Have we come to you after a year? It's within a month or 2 and we are one of your regular customers. And keep coming to your store.
We also left a note with our number for a call back from the owner. sadly we didn't get the call back. That shows customers feedbacks are not valued.
Very disrespectful towards the customers. Bought 3-4 heavy clothes and alteration not done properly. They overcharge your for alteration, that too when their alteration is at fault. Bought a suit which tore in one wash and asked her to repair it but that also she refused. Pathetic service and very rude. And quality is also poor. Will never recommend her to any one.
