We have been consulting Dr. Subhash Ajmera Sir at Pooja Dental Clinic, Rajkot for the last 10 years or so for my Mother’s Dental Treatment. He became like a family dentist for us. My mother is 69 Years old and needs support of a family member whenever she goes for any treatment because of her age. Also she tends to forget the problems/issues to be shared with Doctors at the time of consultation or treatment. Hence, someone has to be there to support her and to explain her condition with doctor. All these years consulting Dr. Subhash Ajmera Sir at Pooja Dental Clinic we haven’t had any problem what so ever. But after the retirement of Dr. Subhash Ajmera Sir, we consulted Dr. Pratik Ajmera at Pooja Dental Clinic yesterday on 24/06/2021, who didn’t allow anyone with my mother who is 69 years old in Consulting/Treatment room in spite of requesting many times "very politely" not even on humanity grounds considering her age. The Attitude/Behavior of Dr. Pratik Ajmera was not at all professional as he was allowing other patient’s relatives to enter his Consulting/Treatment Room which is a combined room but was not allowing anyone to enter with a lady patient who is 69 Years old. Even the attitude of one of the lady Staff Members with Specs was unacceptable. Even no such rule was on a display at his clinic. We were absolutely surprised rather shocked to see that Clinic Rules are not same for all. We really don't know what problem he had with us as such was his attitude/behavior the moment we entered the clinic. We would not recommend this clinic to even our enemies.
