★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst medical store in Pune! 3rd class standard of service offered to me by its representative, Dinesh. absolutely ridiculous person who doesnt know how to treat its customer. gave me a wrong medicine twice. it was the 2nd time i had to go back to them to exchange it. instead of apologizing, he was absolutley rude to me and almost refused to give me the medicine especially taking advantage of the lockdown. Dinesh also used abusive words and behaved highly unprofessional. He also mentioned that "TUMKO LENA HAI THO LO NAHIN THO JAO. TUM MERE UPAR UPKAAR NAHI KAR RAHE HO"
i will be definitely escalating this issue to the Consumer court as per the Consumer protection act and pharmacy act 1948 against this medical store for causing harm to the modesty of its Customer as well as refusing to provide the medicine especially during such an pandemic situation.
I strongly dont recommend this unprofessional medical store who dont know how to treat their valued customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCAM running on name of medical store.. straight away refused to refund the meds even if entire pack is intact ... Even small med like pan40 he refuses of single one is used or prescription changes ... There is Apolo Pharmacy just 50 m away better to take from there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Profit khoor, as we call. Guy here cares all about making money and not to serve people.
He does not return unused medicine which can happen when one changes doctor or priscription is not valid.
I dont think someone should be his regular customer.
His shop is well decorated to attract customer but he knows nothing about customer support.
