★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The agency charge higher than what they have mentioned on their site/online booking sites. Its best to book tickets online to avoid being overcharged. Also they don't tell the exact time of bus departure. I had to travel to Kota. They asksd me to reach the boarding point at 1800 hours and the bus arrived at 2100 hours.
